The palate is powerful, thick, round, juicy and shows all the hallmarks of good Shiraz treated with sensitivity to produce a great wine. It has extraordinary weight and viscosity.

 

Juicy and flavoursome, with touches of sweet tobacco, blackberry and prune, spice and dry chocolate, offering dreamy tannins which wrap the sweet and sensitive fruit flavours in a shawl of tenderness. It shows piety of balance with perfect acidity and chocolateyness, the finish is dry and harmonious, whilst the lovely fruit flavours linger on the palate.
